bug using - 12 hours

hello,

As you know, it's not possible to attack the same player before waiting 12 hours between each attack.
there were a bug a few years ago fixed quite recently which seems to be back on Beta Serv - not sure yet about other servers.
In short, the game bugs and allows you to attack the same guy 2, 3, 4....10 times in less than 12 hours.
The bug using is forbidden. That is why it will be punished.
